Horse has had Teeth floated prior to purchase. Horse does not crib or suck wind at time of purchase.

Horse has been wormed at regular (6) week intervals.

Buyer and horse will have (3) free rides in arena / round pen or oval track, trail with our trainer or (3) free lessons prior to taking horse home, buyers choice from one week, (7 days) of initial deposit.

The horse you are purchasing is free of any security interest or lien of any third party. Nightwind Ranch LLC as the legal owner has the right to transfer registration to new buyer.
Buyer understands and agrees that the horse or horse(s) they have purchased and taken ownership of is their total responsibility and holds harmless Nightwind Ranch LLC and its trainers of any and all accidents, personnel injury, or property damage incurred by buyer or anyone riding any horses sold by Nightwind Ranch LLC.
